The following Rules apply to the usage of the Forum:
The Forum is not totally secret.
The clan internal part (Arcana) is hidden from public. Only registered members (if the are valid Clan Members) can access it.
You can display the link in your DN profile, but you don't have to (or rather should not) share it with outsiders if they ask for it.
If people find it via your profile, it's ok.
Only legit Clan Members are allowed to register a Forum Account. (It is recommended to do so.)
Non-Clan-Members can post in the public forum, using a guest account feature.
(actually it's not an account, just the ability to respond to posts without logging into the forum.)
Accounts of Non-Clan-Members will be deleted.
Accounts of unidentified users (e.g. unconfirmed members) will be blocked. (that means you are treated as "guest" with limited access.)
Blocked Accounts will be unblocked if the legit membership of the user is confirmed.
No swearing or bad talking about others. (obviously)
Try to avoid double-posting.
You can always edit your posts.
Forum threads in the wrong section will be moved to the correct section.
(There is no punishment, just a friendly correction
)
Spam, or other unwanted posts will be removed.
